My (copper) landline is not working since ihad fibre installed 10 days ago . Ive no advise from sky

Does my landline phone need to be plugged into my hub?. I have had no advice from sky, lam paying for sky talk but not receiving the service or information. Very frustrating.

Yes @Awc1 plug it into the back of the hub. Old style phone sockets in the house will no longer work.
