My Mum’s land telephone line isn’t working
My Mum's Sky Talk telephone land line isn't working & needs fixing. She's on her own, vulnerable and had dementia so it's urgent given she needs her phone line for contact with others....

We're a customer Community - you're not letting Sky know here.
try Sky's service status checker (link in Sky's help here) to see if it's a known issue already been investigated. If not, try the connection test even if here broadband service (if she has it) is working ok.
