My Mum's Landline & Broadband not working

My 83 year old Mum who lives in Carlyon Bay, St Austell, Cornwall is with Sky for Calls/Landline/Line Rental/Broadband & Sky TV but currently has no out going calls and incoming calls & any one who trys to phone her gets a massage saying this line is temporarly unavailable. She cannot report it herself as her phone/line is out of order. Could Sky please help if I give you her phone number please as Sky will need to reoprt it to BT OpenReach to get the issue with her landline sorted ASAP. Thanks.......Lee in Par, Cornwall.

In case you’re not already aware you aren’t addressing Sky’s Customer Service Team here. This is a customer helps customer forum. If you know your Mums telephone password to be used in calls to Sky you could try reporting it on her behalf.

@lee3764  I'm afraifd you're only talking to other customers and as such no one will call them, nor will anything happen.

 

They will need to contact Sky themselves as the account holders.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As I don't think you're too far away from you Mum, it may be wise to report it (via a mobile?) from your Mums address in case Sky want you to try some troubleshooting before they pass on any external fault to Openreach.
