Turned the router and phone off and on, nothing seems to have shifted. Landline basically not working.

Activation date was yesterday. Yes phone is plugged into router, have turned both router and phone off at the mains, the phone still says 'Check Phone Line' and doesn't have a dial tone.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe phone servoce can take up to 24 hours to activate fully. I'd suggest waiting for that to elapse then restarting your Hub. If the Voice light isn't green after doing that, and you still have no dial tone, let us know and we'll try to get you some help here, rather,than you having to call in.
