Mobile phone conversation recorded on house phone?

I was talking on my 02 mobile recently and the phone kept cutting out. It happens quite frequently. Eventually we reconnected but after the call was finished a large part of the conversation has been recorded as a message on my Sky landline. How can this have happened?   Would be grateful for any answers to this mystery.   Thanks
