Mistakenly given a new phone number when moved broadband/talk to Sky

Move broadband to sky this week, and despite asking to retain the old number I have been given a new number.

There was mention on the application that "we'd let you know if your number can't be retained"

I had no such notification

Any idea how I get Sky to give me my old number back

@JGGILLI  If Sky were unable to port your old number in he 1st place then it's unlikely they will be able to retrieve it from the pool it goes back into.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
