Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Johnstonr you could try the simple connection test here even if your broadband is working normally (they're both delivered by the same cable). If the test detects a fault, you'll be able to book an engineer there and then. Otherwise give Sky a call, if you can, as @caesarome posted.
