Lost landline and Broadband slow

Had the same issue back in September, but rectified before engineer visit. Same issues again, landline started to get a crackling and then lost all connectivity , no dial tone and constant engaged tone when dialling in, Have tried all the advised tests can't some one escalate a response with sky please.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.
