@Rogeco55 I assume you can make calls ok. When was your full fibre service activated? Did you have Sky Broadband before full fibre was installed? Do you have a white Max broadband Hub, or a black one?

Had full fibre installed 1 week ago, already had sky broadband installed, but since upgrading will not accept incoming calls. Can make outgoing calls.

@Rogeco55 try switching both your broadband Hub and the fibre ONT off at the plug for 30 minutes. If you have a white Hub, switch them both off for an hour.

 

If that doesn't resolve it, it may simply be that it's taking a little longer than normal to switch your landline service over, but it's probably worth reporting to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.
