Landline- some callers getting unobtainable tone

Some people are unable to phone me on my landline (connected to WiFi)- they get a long tone like number unobtainable. My home number transferred from BT and the main person who is having a problem that I know about is a BT customer.

Yes I can call the person I know is unable to call me. It is my elderly mother. Nothing has changed her side - she could ring me when I was with BT & she is able to make calls to other people.  But since I moved to Sky she gets an unobtainable sound.

How long ago did you move to Sky Talk? Try dialling 17070 from your landline phone and listen to the automated message. Is the number it reads out yours?

I moved to Sky in November 2024. The number attached to my handset is correct.
