Landline says check line cord since yesterday, now no internet access

Friday 29/3 landline said check line cord, tried all connections, disconnected then re-connected with no success. Used a previous cable phone, still not working. Approx 4pm today internet went down. Any suggestions?

@still19 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Thanks, resolved the internet problem, now have access.  Still no landline.  Virtual assistant not offered any help with landline so far

Thanks highlinder, tried phoning but it's a long wait. Will try again tomorrow.

Contacted Sky and identified a fault, engineer scheduled for Thursday.
