friends have reported that when they tried to call me on the land line they got "the person is on another call" message, even when i'm not. I tried to call out and can't get a dialling tone. I've checked all the connections and plugged the phone directly to the socket rather than through the filter but its the same. I can't get hold of anyone in SKY via the suggested contact numbers, any ideas?
