Landline phone stopped working after fibre was installed.

Fibre was installed yesterday. Landline telephone plug was moved from old master socket to router but now I cannot dial out and people trying to dial in are told that the number is not recognised.

My broadband continues to work normally.

Chat is no help.

When I try to log in to my account to see if it includes internet enabled phone the page tells me it is restricted.

It's normal for the landline phone to not be activated fully for a further 24 hours.

Yes, fibre includes internet calls (Sky VOIP), where your phone plugs into your broadband Hub.
