Landline phone rings but keeps ringing when answered. Also no dial tone to dial out
I have no dial tone on the landline to call. The landline is saying connected. If the phone rings it keeps ringing when I answer the call.

Re: Landline phone rings but keeps ringing when answered. Also no dial tone to dial out
Does your master phone socket have separate ports for phone and broadband? If not, is your phone connected via a microfilter? If so, you could try replacing it.
Try Sky's Service Status checker for any known faults that might be affecting your line.If that doesn't show anything try the simple connection test, even if your broadband service appears to be working normally.

If none of this helps, it's best to report a fault to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.

I have tried all the steps you suggested and nothing has changed. There are no faults according to the checker. I even bought a new phone thinking that was the issue. It was working fine 2 weeks ago and then suddenly this happened despite nothing being moved or altered with any of the equipment etc
