Changed from a BT Broadband to Sky Stream and Broadband...landline not working and Sky have sent a hub as the original would not update to new software... guess what, still the same issue and we've been without a landline since the switchover!

Try factory resetting the Hub by pressing the WPS button for 30 seconds.
