@Maria888 you need to report the fault to Sky so I am escalating your post so expect a contact offering a private chat through thecforum where a chat button will appear.

Your forget the escalation !
To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

@caesarome actually I didn't but for some reason the escalation did not work which is the second of mine that hasn't.
