Landline not working , but not my phone. Cant find out from sky how to call the number to chec

How to stop going in circles trying to get sky to check their faulty line. Why is sky unhelpful when it comes to help? My fathers landline has now been engaged for at least 10 hours. I live on the other side of the uk. We are both sky customers. I am not impressed so far with skys avoidance of care.

Presumably you've checked on your fathers welfare? Has he got a mobile he can use to call Sky to report this? Has he other family, friends or neighbours that can help him with this?
