I am having the same problem my internet is still working but my phone line is still not connecting when I call the land line (from mobile just get one beep from the phone then nothing) and my call just goes to sky's answering service like we haven't answered our phone.

Welcome e to the Community @Joseph47 . Just so you know, we're mainly customers here. It's unlikely Sky will respond to your post.
You could try the simple connection test here, even if your broadband service is ok: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
Failing that, can you give us so e background details - are you new to Sky Talk (landline) / Broadband? Or has your landline with Sky been working OK up to now?
