They know all this i got a message of an ACTUAL emplyee on monday and i explained eveything. THE SITE TYELLS ME YOU NEED A ENGINEER AS THERE IS A PROBVLEM ON YOUR LINE...i dont understand why this is so diificult...THE SKY WEBSITE IS TELLING ME I NEED A ENGINEER..Aapparantluy they wont send one until i have had a back and forth with a emplyee..which i have a;lready done!!!!! i could have booked a engineer online BUT BECAUSE I DO NOT OWN A MOBILE PHONE the form wiul;l not completye that is why i need somebody top send me a engineer...i feel like i am speaking a forign language.

So ,you want me to do all this again....THE WEBSITE IS TELLING ME THERE IS A FAULT and a engineer needs to come..but its because this system is garbage..i have to start this process again...why cant somebody book me a ENGINEER..the site tells me i need one..the site tells me i need one...this is ridiculous. Thanks for the reply ..i give up.

We're customers here, so obviously we can't arrange an engineer for you. Only Sky can do that, but they can't request an engineer from Openreach without first verifying you as the accountholder and identifying the cause of the fault which requires you to do some troubleshooting.

I have done thye truble shooting steps over and over again...the line detcts there is a fault....thanks again for the help... but i give up. this is too stessfull.. two weeks ago today my phonline died and my internet became a crawl...i am not going through all this again..thanks Mark . i appreciate it even though i sound annoyed...
