I have switched to Sky fibre from BT. I have a white hub which is properly connected and working for iPad, sky tv etc and I have a dial tone on phone but can't answer phones. 2 are bt phones and simply say no hub connected

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt sounds as though your BT phones were designed for use with BT's Digital Voice service. They won't work with Sky, I'm afraid. I'm assuming your phone is plugged into the socket at the back of your broadband Hub. They won't work from a wall socket.

Just been told by engineer that my digital phones will not work with sky full max box. Why don't they tell you that before you set up. There is apparently no workaround. Well there should be. I cannot be the only person with a house with three phones!
please Sky think again about this.

A standard DECT cordless phone with a base station that plugs into the Max Hub, and as many handsets as you require will work.

Security system won't work because the BT range extenders don't work wit( the white hub. Apparently I need an engineer to sort the range extenders but they can't send one because there is no fault with the broadband! There is. It doesn't do what is required of it! Anyone got an answer?
