@Julio4 The sky Broadband Hub is the minimum to have a connected landline working on a Full Fibre circuit phone then connects to the back of that hub, the sky Q or sky Hub do NOT support voice connected to the hubs! If moved off a standard fttc cable line to a digital connection with partial fibre then the phone line may just be disconnected for voice operation. Best if you say exactly what you have if you do know!

@Julio4 if you still have a Sky. Q router - flat type - these are being withdrawn as they do not meet new HMG regs coming in next year. If Sky haven't sent you a replacement call them as you need one.
