Re: Landline not working after full fibre installation
@dunne96 can you clarify what you've done? When was your phone/fibre service activated? Do you have a black Hub or a white 'Max' Hub?

Re: Landline not working after full fibre installation
The FullFibre300 was installed at the beginning of December. It didn't work very well but after a lot of support from SKY and the installation of a BrosTrend AX3000 the internet works well throughout my house. However since the installation my landline doesn't work. I tool the phone cable from the original phone socket and plugged it into the back of my new, white router, into the socket marked UK. I can now make calls from my landline but can't receive them. When I phone my landline from my mobile, I get a message "Number not Valid".
Hope this helps.
Terry Dunne

Re: Landline not working after full fibre installation
@dunne96 it does help, thanks. Looks like you have an incomplete activation. You could try turning off both your Max Hub and the ONT for an hour to see if thay coaxes some life into it. If not, I'm afraid it's a call to Sky on 150 to report it.
