Hi I am with sky customer and changed my contract to city fibre was sent little lead to give to fitter no phone connection now and lead not fitted any where , what was lead for them

@P56 no idea without knowing what type of lead it is. Are you saying you've upgraded to Sky fibre? When was the service activated? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub?
