I've not received details of my new landline telephone number or any equipment. This was originally organised when I set up my sky account recently. Sky were unable to port my number from BT and I'm still waiting for this to be sorted, I went live with sky on the 5/2/24. Please advise. Thanks Julie Windsor

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky don't provide phone handsets. You need to buy one. When you have one, dialling 17070 will play back a recording which includes your phone number. Or it should be shown in your Sky account.

Usually if the number port failed and the line had to renumbered a letter would be sent automatically once it completes
yiucan dial 17070 as mentioned about or you can also sign into sky.com and your your broadband account details and see the number there
