Landline isn't working over 2 months plus WiFi cutting out
My sky landline phone hasn't been working in over 2 months or more. There is no dial tone and can't receive incoming or make outgoing calls. My WiFi keeps cutting out every hour on and off

@Lauren.Mcc Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
