Reported by a neighbour - "Sorry this number is temporarily unavailable"
Tested by ringing from my mobile - inside and outside the house.
Landline phone plugged into Sky Router and has been working AOK for months AND will still make outgoing calls.
Subsequent testing - mobile to landline would sometimes return message "Sorry this number is temporarily unavailable" OR the phone will ring but disconnect as soon as the connect button pressed.
We have no Sky Guard or Call barring features.
Any suggerstions anyone?

Followed Phone steps and then powered down router, waited 30 seconds, powered up, waited as Router powered up until all lights green.
Then mobile to landline and voice connection restored.👍😀👍
Will try this first next time.

Nothing .has been changed for months and Router shows all four lights as Green PLUS clearly the internet is working as this is how I am communicating.

Just tried again - mobile to landline.
landline rings - press connect on phone and talk into phone - zero audio coming out of mobile until "Sorry this number is temporarily not available"

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jazzerat26& @Tomma121 The quickest way to get these known to Sky would be to call them so that they can get Openreach to check your lines.
Dial 150, when asked the nature of the call say " Technical ", you may be asked for a mobile number give this, but DO NOT hang up, you should then be dropped into the queue for an advisor.

Thanks @Highlinder - have got through on 150 from Landline and will now follow advice given by on the link that was sent to my mobile phone.
Will then go back to 150 if problem remains
