Landline going to voicemail after i had fibre installed

Had sky fibre istalled and have found that my Landline goes straight to voicemail.

Have done all the reboots. Green light on everything is working.

Are you able to make calls? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub (not the wall socket)?

Done everything needed unpluged rebooted green light need to speak to somebody at sky. Cant make or recieve calls.
