Landline failure after installation of Fibre Broadband

Having opted for Fibre Broadband once it was up and running I lost the use of my landline. Any suggestions because getting someone from Sky to sort it out doesn't seem to be an option.

@Alasdair2  Is there a voice light on the hub?  Is this lit up?  If so you need to plug the phone into the UK phone port on the hub.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

No as it it is connected direct to the router as per the instructions by the guy who installed it

The only light not working is Voice

Sorry!  Was being thick.  The phone is connected but the voice light is not showing

How long since your new service was activated? It can take a full 24 hours for the Voice service to be up and running.
