Are you @Simontansley50 using a different log in for some reason? You haven't answered the first part of the question. If this has been faulty for months surely you've already reported it to Sky? Does your broadband hub have a voice light on it and if so is it lit?

Hi yeah I've replied and no haven't reported it as don't know how to online and I don't want to use credit as it will take it all on one call to you landline is plugged in and not signal to call out or to receive calls and the other reason why I haven't cause been to busy as well either way I'm still paying for it

Well, yes, Sky won't know there's a fault until you report it.

You could try the connection test here, even if your broadband is working ok. If it detects a fault, you'll be able to book an engineer there and then.

Otherwise you'll need to contact Sky. If you post back on the 28th we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here via a private online chat so that you can do that.

@Tanley

You will have to call Sky to report it at the moment. Calls to the 0333 number are normally inclusive in mobile packages.
