I've seen posts indicating that it can take up to a week. Do you want us to ask Sky to initiate a private chat with you, for an update?

Just a quick update- Sky texted me to turn ONT and hub off at mains for 10 mins and turn back on again and that should solve it.

It is still not working so awaiting a response.

Thankyou,  yes I tried that this morning and it didn't work! Fingers crossed it all gets sorted asap!

Just another quick update. I have tried again this morning and the landline is now ringing and the incoming calls can be heard normally after the reset yesterday.

No specific reason for why apart from giving it time to settle.

That's great news! Mine has been escalated to the network team so hopefully will be sorted soon too.
