Hi,
I had full fibre installed on Tuesday 17th.
The internet is working fine but i am unable to make internet calls but can receive them.
The phone is plugged in to the Sky Max router.
I have unplugged everything, reset everything but still cannot make calls.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try turning off your Max Hub and the ONT for an hour, to see if it activates the landline service.

Try turning off your Max Hub and the ONT for an hour, to see if it activates the landline service.
