You need Sky Talk Voicemail Plus for that: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-talk/sky-talk-features/voicemail/articles/using-sky-talk-voicemail

You need to call Sky to add it. Contact number via the 'still need help' button at the end of the above link.
