We hardly ever use our home phone (prefer mobiles) and when we do use it, it's expensive so I'd like to be able to cancel the Sky Talk service but keep the Sky Broadband servce. Does anyone know if this is possible ?

Give Sky a call to switch to PAYT.

Find out moreIt isn't possible but what you can do is to call Sky and ask them to change your Sky Talk package to the Pay as you Talk one, so no calls means no charges and it will save you a few quid each month. 150 is the free number to use to call Sky support on.

If you don't use an actual landline phone you could reduce your Sky Talk tariff to Sky Pay As You Talk so you'll only pay for any calls you make. You'll need to call Sky to do this which is a free call by dialling 150.
