Internet goes off when receiving calls and making call via landline

When we make calls or receive calls on the landline our internet goes off witch is very frustrating, also our superfast broadband is very very slow.

Please can somebody help me

Are you new to Sky Broadband/Talk or have both worked ok up to now?

Is your phone plugged into the wall socket, or into your broadband Hub?

If it's the wall socket, does it have separate ports for phone and broadband?
