I am getting the intermittent 1571 dial tone even though there are no messages stored.I tried leaving a new voicemail message on the affected phone then deleting it but it made no difference. I also unplugged the corded phone and tried another working phone but the result is the same. This is so annoying as I no longer know if I have any new messages or not.
Can anyone help at all?
Phil

You have closed my previous request prematurely started 27th October.
You switched off my 1571 service on 31st October due to an ongoing issue with an intermittent dial tone which could not be cleared.
You escalated this and told me you would disconnect and reconnect the service to slove the problem.
I STILL have no 1571 service.
Please help.
