I've got full internet but no tone on my talk service (phone).

I need someone who can solve the problem. 

I have full internet and is working well.

But my talk service doesn't work at all.

I have no tone when I tried to make a phone call using my handset.

Try carrying out this troubleshooting to see if a fault is detected outside. It may then allow you to book an engineer. This helps even if your Broadband is working okay.

@Leila20 are you new to Sky broadband? If so is your phone plugged into the socket at the back of your broadband Hub? It's unlikely to work from the wall socket.
