Would I have to buy?

Sky don't provide actual landline phones. You have to purchase yourself.

Re: I subscribed to Sky over 6months now but I haven’t gotten my landline phone.
No ISP other than BT provides handsets: that's a legacy of its century in the phone business.
Note that you'd want an analogue corded handset (or DECT set) for use with Sky Talk even if it is described as Sky Talk Internet Calls: a VOIP phone is not appropriate.
It's also important to be aware that actually making calls has quite a high cost per minute on the default bundled Sky Talk even though the service itself may be described as 'Free' on the billing.
