I need to speak to someone on behalf of my elderly mother
I desperately need to talk to someone at Sky to report an issue so that it can be forwarded to BT Open Reach. My mother is elderly, diabetic and has early dementia. Because her landline isn't working I can't get her account details to call. I've been told all of the wiring going into the house has been cut by some low life's who conned her out money to do her garden. This is an emergency! Thank you.

Re: I need to speak to someone on behalf of my elderly mother
In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.
The quickest way woukd be to call Sky from a mobile in your Mum's presence so that she can answer the security questions and then authorise you to speak to Sky on her behalf.
It could also be worth considering registering her with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning
