I need to cancel my engineer for tomoorow

I have an engineer coming tomoorrow but have since found out it's an issue with a phone line being down. This is now fixed so I need to cancel the visit

Then you will need to call Sky and have them cancel it for you.

Be aware cancelling a day before the planned visit or on the day itself could  incur a £25 fee
