As part of my part-time job I want to phone a 0845 number but Sky Talk doesn't allow me to call. How do I add one 0845 number to call from my landline phone?

You should be able to call 0845 numbers. They are 15p pm plus service charge plus access charge on all Sky Talk tariffs.
