I'm on Free Internet calls on my home phone but still get charged for local calls

My home phone is plugged into my sky max hub. I should be getting free calls but I'm still being charged for local calls.

I'm afraid you don't get free internet calls. Internet calls are charged in exactly the same way as standard calls. The same call packages are available too for internet calls.

Provision of the Sky Talk Internet Calls service may be shown as 'free' on Sky Broadband billing.  Unfortunately actually using it to make outbound calls has an unpleasantly high cost per minute unless an optional add-on inclusive bundle is in place.
