Have contacted sky re lack of phone/internet for a week now. It's an openreach issue. Sky have no idea when it will be resolved. Several neighbours are affected, some for several weeks. What is going on? Should I be badgering openreach directly or should sky be doing that? Can't do without internet for weeks on end.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can't talk directly to Openreach. As Sky has reported the issue to them, it's a matter of waiting for Openreach to address it, I'm afraid.
