I have call forward working but calls from USA don't reach me

Call forwarding is working in the UK, just tested it. Have had a couple of companies trying to connect from the USA and their calls don't seem to be forwarded, line just goes quiet or appears to be engaged. But UK calls forward normally.

Just spent 10 minutes on the Sky Answer Bot and went round in circles...but it did say it would try to learn to be better 🙂 

Any hints or tips to let my American calls through?

@SkyChatbotBoo  As far as I can see this is call forward of UK numbers, i suspect international calls are not included probably due to the cost you'd incur.
