I have a faulty land line, my broadband works but I cannot receive any incoming telephone calls.

My land line is faulty - I cannot make any out going telephone calls and cannot receive any incoming calls even though my broadband is working fine.

Can't find a contact number to report this fault / issue - tried the chatbot - only offers broadband, tv options - painful

Are you new to Sky broadband/landline service? If so, when was your service activated? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub?

 

If you've been a broadband/landline customer for a while, has your landline worked ok up to now?
