Discussion topic: I had a new router fitted this morning. The engineer tested everything, but I now have no phone.

I had a new router fitted this morning. The engineer tested everything, but I now have no phone.

The phone says "check phone line". It all worked when the engineer left. Any help would be gratefully received. Many thanks.

Does your router have a voice light on that is lit up because if it does your phone cable needs to go into the back of it.
