I can't receive incoming calls on my landline.

Hi, I've got 'sky glass' with a package including landline.

I was told that callers couldn't get through to me.

My phone line connection is via a 'openreach'twin plug socket....done all the usual things....uplugging,turning etc.

I have a 'sky glass' package,including landline.

I've been told that no one can phone through.

done all the usual things.....unplugging....turning off and back on, (really used to this now as a 'glass' customer) all no joy.

The bot sent me to'talk shield' and it's not letting me have access,I'm really fed up with all this **bleep**.

I'm moving soon and don't know if having sky is worth the time spent on it.

Glass is specifically the television hardware and subscription television content provision: Sky Talk (the voice call service) is linked to Sky Broadband.
