Where is the promised engineer supposedly to attend my property. Are SKY,, to quote Sir Robert Armstrong being economical with the truth. I have been without a landline for almost a week now. What am I paying for. Absolutely shocking customer relations and I am considering making my complaint to "OFCOM" the regulatory body for telecommunications. @Sa47Co44 Openreach own and manage the telephone infrastructure. Neither Sky nor any other provider has control over Openreach's timescales. They usually attend in 2-5 working days, so to be without a service for almost a week is not uncommon. It will be longer if Openreach determine after their initial attendance that further work is required to investigate and resolve the problem.
