I am receiving calls which are meant for my next door neighbour.

Receiving calls on landline meant for my next door neighbour. When I ring my landline from my mobile there is nothing, so I am not receiving calls

Is your neighbour also with Sky Talk? Between you you need to report both issues to Sky.
