I have checked all the cables, filters, etc, and bought a new corded landline phone which I connected to the master phone socket but got nothing, I can't seem to find a way to speak to Sky about the problem without using a phone, I would be very grateful if some of you guys out there could help me.

Thanks for replying, No, I don't have a voice light on my router, I should have also said that Broadband is working fine without problems.

Thank you all for your help, a line fault was found and Openreach will fix it on Monday, i will give an update after that.
