Trying to set-up anonymous call reject and am happy to pay the addititonal four pounds charge. But it won't let me do it either online or using the landline itself. This is very important as I have a vulnerable partner.

Just in case you're not aware, we're mainly customers here.

To activate Anonymous Caller Reject you'll need to give Sky a call (on 150). You can't do it online or using your phone handset.

@Ruthie5452 You might want to use sky talk shield which does want you want to do and it doesn't cost anything extra if you are a sky broadband or talk customer

Yes landline or Sky mobile.

Or you can call the number obtained via the 'need more help' link at the bottom of this page: https://www.sky.com/help/home
